Day one of the UST France went off yesterday with the surf still pumping. The Skim in Hossogar finally became rideable and the contest organizer made the move to run the event. The conditions were challenging with the larger surf on the outside creating some dead water on the inside. The first round had small inside liners and occasional wraps while the second round, with higher tide conditions, brought in some larger waves that were good for wraps. All of our team riders made it through the first two rounds of competition to compete in the quarter finals today or tomorrow. Go team!
