It was a fun day yesterday down at the Winter Skim Classic event. There was plenty of swell in the water, the sun was out, and the weather was great for the event. The turn out was great with spectators and competitors. A Zap Ace board and board bag was auctioned off as well to help raise money for the recovery of Skim City Greg. The contest was set up like a traditional “just for fun” contest run by Skim City. Zap pro riders Dave Armstrong, Derek Shenton, and Dave Scott showed up to support and to showcase some riding. All in all it was a great event and a good amount of money was raised to help the cause. Special thanks to Shore LB for hosting the event. Check out some photos from the event below. Enjoy!
